True Contact Session

The True Contact Session is a single, one-on-one session. It’s a great starting point if you are new to my work and want to experience what it’s like.

In this session, we meet what is ready to reveal itself.

I pay close attention to what wants to be known - emotionally, physically, and energetically - without guiding it towards a specific outcome.

In this kind of contact, two things tend to happen at once:

  • Things become visible that can’t be reached through thinking or reflection alone.

  • What has been held in place for a long time begins to soften, simply because it no longer has to be managed.


What this session offers is a ‘clean up’ of everything in your energy field currently ready to be released, shifted or integrated.

For some people, one session is complete in itself.
For others, it helps you decide if you want to continue with one-on-one work.

This session tends to resonate if you:

  • have done insight-based or therapeutic work and want deeper integration

  • function well, but feel internally constrained or slightly out of sync

  • are curious about working together and want to experience it directly

The True Contact Session is 90 minutes long and takes place online.

We begin with a short conversation to connect to what’s present.

You then lie down, with your camera turned off. There is nothing you need to do, manage, or perform.

While you rest, I pay close attention to what’s happening in your energy field. Where flow has been interrupted, where you have suppressed or adapted who you are, and where you are out of sync with your core frequency.

While doing this, information comes in - sensations, images, recognitions, or practical insights related to your life.

Toward the end of the session, we reconnect to talk about what came up.

After the session, you also receive a written reflection by email.
