Hi, I’m Jutta
I didn’t arrive at this work through one method or one training.
I came to it gradually, through years of being in contact with people, with energy, and with thresholds where the usual ways of functioning stopped making sense.
There were times in my own life where effort stopped helping.
Where understanding something didn’t change how it felt to live with it.
Where I had to learn how to stay present with what was actually there, rather than trying to fix or push through it.
Those experiences changed how I listen.
For more than 25 years, I’ve found myself working at those pivot points
the places where insight has already done what it can, and something deeper is needed.
What shaped this work most wasn’t theory.
It was learning how to listen without trying to improve what I was hearing.
Listening to what happens when pressure drops.
Listening to what becomes visible when people stop managing themselves.
Listening to what emerges when nothing is being pushed toward an outcome.
Over time, I realised most people don’t need to be fixed.
They need space where they can stop holding themselves in place.
How I work
When I work with someone, I pay very close attention to what is actually there. Emotionally, energetically, and underneath what is being said.
I don’t push toward outcomes.
I don’t try to optimise or reshape people.
I stay with what is present.
In that kind of contact, things become visible that can’t be reached through thinking alone.
What has been held in place for a long time begins to soften, because it no longer has to be managed.
When change happens, it’s rarely because something new was added.
It’s usually because something is finally allowed to relax.
What this work is - and isn’t
This isn’t coaching.
It isn’t therapy.
It also isn’t a personal development method.
It’s about integration.
About how what you already know, sense, or carry can become something you actually live from, instead of something you constantly have to manage.
My role is not to tell you who you are.
It’s to reflect what is present clearly enough that you can recognise it for yourself.
Whom this is for
Most people who find this work are already perceptive and self-aware.
They’ve often done a lot of inner work.
They function well in the world.
And at the same time, something still feels slightly out of place.
You’re not broken or lost.
But you’re no longer willing to keep adapting in ways that pull you away from yourself.
Most don’t need more insight.
They need clearer contact with what is actually true for them, and support in living from that.
This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about no longer holding yourself away from who you already are.
