Hi, I’m Jutta
I didn’t arrive at this work through a single method or training.
I came to it through long-term contact - with people, with energy, and with situations where familiar ways of functioning stopped making sense.
For over 25 years, I’ve been working at subtle thresholds: times when effort no longer helps, when insight has already done its job, and when something different is required.
What has shaped my work most is not theory, but listening.
Listening to what happens when pressure drops, and to what comes into view when people stop managing themselves.
Listening to the information that emerges when nothing is being pushed toward an outcome
How I work
I work from the understanding that people don’t need to be fixed or optimised.
In one-on-one contact, I attune to what is actually present - energetically and emotionally - and I step aside from interpretation, strategy, or agenda.
I stay with what is present.
In that kind of contact, two things tend to happen:
Information becomes available - often precise, sometimes unexpected - that can’t be reached through logic or reflection alone.
And what has been held, restrained, or adapted for a long time begins to soften, simply because it’s no longer being judged or managed.
When things change, they do so because something no longer needs to be kept in place.
What this work is - and isn’t
This is not coaching, therapy, or a personal development method.
It’s about integration. How what you already know, sense, or carry becomes lived, rather than managed.
My role is not to tell you who you are. It’s to reflect what is present clearly enough that coherence can emerge on its own.
Whom this tends to resonate with
People who come into this work are often perceptive, capable, and already self-aware.
They’ve done a great deal of inner work and function well in the world. At the same time, they’ve reached a point where pushing, explaining, or refining themselves no longer brings relief.
They may feel slightly out of sync, not dramatically, but persistently.
Not broken or lost.
Just no longer able, or willing, to keep adapting in ways that disconnect them from themselves.
Many don’t need more insight.
They need more room.
Room for what they already know to surface without being corrected.
Room for things to settle without being shaped.
Room to inhabit their lives without constantly adjusting themselves to fit.
This work isn’t about arriving somewhere new.
It’s about no longer holding yourself away from where you already are.
