 Hey, good morning. I'm Jutta from wakingwitches.com. 

At the moment, I am going through one of my online courses. I have several online courses, and every now and then I take them as if I would be a participant, just to see if that works, if it actually shifts something, if it’s well thought out, if it's understandable and so on.

The course I'm currently going through is called ‘You - Unleashed’. And right now I'm in the module about habits. So this is all about the person you would like to be versus the person you are, and which habits, which actions does the person you would like to be take on a day-to-day basis that you right now don't take.

Because once you adopt these habits, once you do them, you are moving yourself from where you are now to where you want to be. You become this person because you act like this person, you think like this person, you feel like this person. So this is what this module is about, and there are several habits I currently have in place.

For example, I do half an hour of exercise every day. 

I also write 2000 words every morning, and when I’m finished writing, it goes into a folder and it just stays there and I never do anything with it. 

By now there are thousands of pages in this folder, and just the thought of reading through them is so overwhelming that I know I will not tackle that anytime soon.

When I thought about this habit and I thought about the me I am stepping into, she is more succinct and more visible and more clear with her work. 

She is ready to inspire people on a bigger level. And because of that, I decided to change the morning writing up and instead do videos in the morning.

Videos for you, to hopefully inspire you, to hopefully help shift something, to remind you of who you truly are, to remind you of your power, to remind you of your mission, and of why you came to us this time around.

I'm probably going to call this the Morning Vibes series. Not quite sure yet, but likely this will be the name And, uh, for our first instalment, our first episode today, I would like to talk about pivots because this - what I'm doing now - is a pivot. It's a change in direction. 

There are of course big pivots. We all go through things like, for example, moving house or falling in love or getting a divorce or becoming a mother. These pivots are very much in your face and it's very clear to everybody that you, life will be different once you went through them. 

But there are also other pivot points, internal pivot points.

This is when you realize there is something not quite right. You can't necessarily put your finger on what it is, especially if you avoid looking at it closely, but you can feel it. You can feel that in your life as it currently is, there’s something missing. There's something out of alignment. 

And for us, for us lightworkers healers, artists for us who work directly with our soul frequency, with our essence, with translating something from the tangible into the intangible, if we are out of alignment, this very quickly can lead you off course. 

Just like a plane. A plane has a destination. To be able to get there, it has to constantly course correct. If it doesn't do that, it will end up somewhere totally different. And this is what happens for us, too.

Often it's not that big of a deal if you end up somewhere else, but if you are somebody who came here to help others transform through who you are, through your beingness, through your essence, through your core, if you are untrue to this core, if you are out of alignment, there is such a mismatch in frequencies and people will feel that.

And then the people you are meant to help will not find you. They cannot see you. And because of this, this is really, really, really important for lightworkers, for people on a mission, to stay in alignment and to constantly recalibrate yourself to this alignment. 

And so if you can feel some internal pivot coming, please take a look at it because this is such a point of power. 

You are currently on one trajectory. The person you want to be, the person who expresses all of herself, who lives fully in her essence, this person is maybe currently on a bit of a different trajectory. 

Here's you, here's this person and then there is a point where these two lines cross. When they cross you are invited to pivot. 

So a pivot is actually a transition point. 

It's a way to go from one timeline to a different timeline. You jump timelines through following those inner pivots, through realigning, and then you will have a different reality, a different outcome. And then everything changes. 

Take a look for yourself. Let’s start with actions, with habits, because this is sometimes easier for people. Once you get into momentum, you stay in momentum much easier, and other things that help shift you will come easier and you can also pivot easier once you are moving.

So take a look. The person, you know you are, the person who is fully in her power, who does her work confidently and clearly, who lives her mission, who is the paradigm shifter and the change maker she came here to be - what does she do on a day-to-day basis? 

This can be really small things. For me, the first one that came up was exercise. I know that this version of me looks after her body. She exercises and she eats well. And so this was the first thing I took on. I've been doing this now for 10 days and now I felt ready to take on a different habit that she has that I don't currently have.

And this one, like I spoke about, is shifting the writing to doing video. And I am sure because of this decision, different things will come to me. 

So my trajectory with doing the videos is different than my trajectory would be if I would continue doing the writing. 

One thing I realized but really, really, really helps with bringing in new habits is to make yourself accountable to someone or to something.

The way I've been doing this is that I promised the people who are in ‘You - Unleashed’, that every week I will give them a bonus audio with feedback.

What am I experiencing while going through the course, what things come up and so on. And so I know every Monday I have to sit there and record an audio.

And I would really, really not like to tell them. Yeah, well, I decided to exercise every day, but I haven't done it. And so for me, this is a really, really good way to stay on track.

The moment you publicly announce something it’s so much more difficult to go back on your word. Also, the more you do what you say you will do, the more easy it is for you to trust yourself.

The more you trust yourself, the more this gets mirrored back from the outside world. So especially for us as healers, as artists, as lightworkers, we have to know the power of our work and our own power.

And if you can't see that power quite yet, then the outside also can't show it to you. 

It's first an inner game. You first have to find it within. You have to step into who you truly are, into your essence, into your mission, and then this will be reflected back to you from the outside, from clients, from people who encounter your work, and so on.
