WEEK 1 - Day 3
Your Vision Part 2
Welcome! Today, let’s take what you did yesterday deeper through some free writing:
Use the questions below to guide you through the process.
If you don’t like writing, you can also answer them talking into the voice app on your phone.
Do whatever works best for you, but do it!
Ask yourself:
In a totally ideal world, how would I love my life to look like?
What is aligned with who I am?
Then start to just write, fill the pages without censoring, without order or logic, just let come whatever is coming.
In case you get stuck, here are some questions to get you inspired:
How do I look and feel physically?
What am I wearing?
Where do I live?
What does my place look like?
Whom do I live with?
What’s my daily routine?
What’s my spiritual practice?
What work do I do?
How much money is coming in? From where?
How much have I saved? What do I do for fun?
What is important to me?
What do I stand for?
What do I contribute?
What brings me joy?
What legacy am I creating?
Why am I here? What is the meaning of my life?
When you have written all that you can think of, here is another powerful question to answer:
Whom do you envy?
Jealousy is a beautiful pointer to what you are not allowing yourself to experience. Examine what it is that someone else has got, and see if you would also like to be, do, or have that.
Include it into your vision, it is yours and belongs to you!
And lastly: Imagine that you have 5 minutes left to live.
What is the message you want to get out there?
What is it people HAVE to hear from you?
And, to speak with Oprah: ‘What do you know for sure?’
Write freely on what comes up for you.
This is your core message.
It’s your big WHY.
Let it guide you whenever you create content, make important life decisions, or are unsure about anything in your life.
Now pull all you have done so far together.
Create a document that starts with your deeper Why, and then add your ideal day and the life vision you came up with today.
Clean up the sentences, find exactly the right words for what you want to say, make it as beautiful, exciting, and as alluring as you possibly can.
Once you’re done, read through it:
Does it make you feel expansive and excited and a little bit scared?
Is it the best life you could possibly imagine?
Does it light you up?
Do you feel really, really good reading it?
Yes? Great! This means it is aligned with who you truly are!
This brings us to the last step for today:
Use your voice recorder on your phone (or any other type of recording device) and tape your vision!
Now you have something to listen to every night before you fall asleep!
That said, also remember that your vision is a living thing. It will evolve and change when you do.
And of course, whenever you reach a major milestone, there will immediately be something new you want to get to.
So allow that to happen, allow your vision to keep representing the person you would like to become, and update your recording regularly.
The Action Steps to create your Vision:
Decide on your ideal day.
Check the arrows on your Human Design Chart to find out what type of manifestor you are.
Allow your excitement to guide you.
Write freely about your ideal life, answering the questions above.
Find out what else you would through looking at the people you envy.
Get clear on your core message
Weave all this together into a vision that excites and delights you.
Do a voice recording of your Vision.
Listen to it every day.
