WEEK 4 - Day 23
Uplevel your Life Part 1
As I mentioned yesterday, this week will be about more practical ways to change your current life.
But at the same time, please keep doing the daily mindset work!
The journaling
The scripting
The meditation
The visualizing
Mindset truly is THE most important thing. Yes, I know you’ve heard this often, but I will be repeating it anyway so that it really, really sinks in!
Alright, now let’s ease into upgrading your life!
For today, I would like you to think of simple things that you cherish, and that are important to your wellbeing.
To get you started, here are some examples from my own life:
drinking a green smoothie in the morning
having plenty of cups of tea while I work
taking a bath when it’s wet and cold outside
snuggling up in bed
having a clean apartment that smells of lavender essential oil and/or lilies
using cremes that are organic, smell good and are not tested on animals
regularly going out into nature
Write your own list, and then pick out three things (as a minimum, you can of course pick more!) that have the biggest impact on your day-to-day life.
For me, I would say it’s the green smoothie, the snuggling in bed and the tea (the nature walk too, but that I have to do anyway several times a day because of my dog, Lucy).
So these are the areas in which I started my upgrade.
If found a green tea I love SO much, and that comes in the most gorgeous Japanese packaging.
I bought beautiful, soft, good quality bed linen (first one set, and after realising how much I enjoy it, a second one)
And I recently got a professional smoothie maker that makes a tremendous difference to how my smoothies taste. Everything in my morning smoothie is now truly smooth and creamy, even the cabbage stalks.
Having the very, very best in these small but oh so important areas is a great and relatively inexpensive way to truly make a difference in your life!
Action steps:
Write your list.
Decide on the 3 small things that are most important to your wellbeing.
Upgrade them to the best possible version!
Keep on upgrading the other small things on your list :).
