But many of us healers, artists and lightworkers grew up with messages that we are simultaneously too much and not enough. In addition, most of us have strong cellular memories from previous lifetimes of being hunted or killed as a witch, a wizard, a mystic or a healer.
All of this can lead to you staying in hiding. To you not showing up for the work you came here to do (no matter what this work is) and to not allow yourself to feel your full power.
It also often leads to not earning much with your work, even though you are really good at what you do.
This place in the shadows was likely comfortable for a long time. Nobody bothered you too much while you did your work as a humble healer or a starving artist.
But then there comes a time where this is no longer enough. When you KNOW that you need to embrace who you truly are, remember your power and show up in a much bigger way.

What we will do in this class:
In a nutshell, we’ll look at two questions:
What are the limiting beliefs you personally hold?
How do you shift those?
Here we work with both your brain and your energy body to create lasting change.
The first part of the class will be a teaching, and the second an energy activation and reconfiguration.
The teaching will guide you to find your own answers on how to see yourself differently, and the energy work will shift you into a new lived experience.
