ACTION STEPS:
Listen to the audio for the first action to take.
Write down 10 feelings you’re experiencing, now that you are living the life of your dreams (if you find it difficult to go to 10, do 5, or do 3. The important thing is not the number but the intensity of what you are feeling, now that you are living your dream life.
Come up with 3 things for each feeling that make you feel this way.
Choose 5 out of these 30 things that you will do today. Or do 3 out of the 9 things you came up with. Whatever feels expansive and right to you. Do the same every day after.
Btw, it is quite possible that one action will satisfy more than one feeling. For example, some of my feelings are ‘satisfied’, ‘relaxed’, ‘calm’ and ‘centred’. When I have cleaned my house and everything looks great and smells good, I feel all of these things.
So this is a very effective action for me to take.
