Getting out of the funk

To some of us, life feels like a constant repetition of the same-old, same-old.

But it doesn't have to be like this!

There are of course always things that we have to do to allow our life to function and run smoothly.

That doesn't mean that we have to do them in a specific way. Instead of getting into a rut, get creative.

Take your kids for a picnic instead of the usual lunch/dinner routine.

Put loud music on and dance your way through cleaning your house.

Or take your work out of your office and into a different beautiful place, a cafe, a park...

Doing that will lead to you getting excited about your life again. And when you are excited, your vibration is quite different from when you are bored.

It feels so much better, and more things, people and events to feel better about will be brought to you.

Plus you widen your horizon, activate neuro-pathways in your brain, and experience new things.

I am sitting in the park around the corner from my apartment while I am writing this, and I watch yellow leaves being blown of the trees. It looks beautiful, they dance their way through the air before they settle on the grass.

You can't see them right now, and yet some the the dancing leave energy will reach you anyway. They become part of my writing, and through reading it you become part of sitting in a park in Berlin, watching leaves dance.

We are never separated, not from each other, not from nature, not from our true self, and not from God, spirit, the Divine, all-that-is.

All you do, every thought you think, every emotion you feel, goes out and becomes part of the whole, you are changing all-that-is continuously through being who you are, and we all become part of you.

And when you do a routine activity in a different way, you will become aware of this.

You will be so much more present, so much more open and connected, and all you experience on a journey you know you have never taken before will be new. Of course, every moment is always new, but when we seemingly always do the same things, in the same way, we are not aware of this.

By doing things differently you have to pay attention, and that is exciting. You wake up.

And then watching the leaves dance will feel like the first time you have ever seen this, which of course it is :-).

Lots of love
