Imke is a great artist who divides her time between Windhoek and Berlin.
I went to visit her, explored her house, fell in love with two of her paintings, and ate the most delicious strudel her mom had backed.
Her place is wonderfully inspirational. There is something to discover in every corner, little artworks, big artworks, quirky touches, paint brushes, chinese good-luck symbols and a big orange cat on the comfiest chair.
While Imke tells me that she would love to have a minimalistic house like mine, I am very drawn to her colorful treasure chest.
