Just now, I thought of the perfect sentence to write (a goosebumps inducing, that is IT! kind of sentence) when my daughter came in ‘mom, what can i eat?’. And it is gone. Off it went, to be picked up by somebody else who has quiet and peace to focus on work.

Running your own business and being a mom is tough.

 

It never stops. You are never done. And whenever you have set up a routine that works, it’s school holidays. Your child gets sick. The babysitter cancels.

 

Or your kid wants food :-).

I am a single mom who has been running a successful coaching and healing practice (both online and offline) for the last 15 years. This meant that I had to learn a lot about staying organized, focused and juggling 5 million things while also looking after myself. Especially since we decided to move continents two years ago to a city I had never been to before, and where i didn't know anybody.

When you have too much on your plate, you often go into reacting. Meaning you just deal with whatever comes at you, without having time in between to think things through and to plan. As an outsider, it is easier for me to see where you could make changes, how you could organise things differently, and how to get to the stuff that is important as opposed to only always do what is urgent. Plus, I can help you to release beliefs that are currently holding you back (I have to do everything myself. I don't have time for self-care. I am not good enough.
