Module 3

 
 

 

Like all the things we spoke about so far, this one is also something to be done regularly. 

 

Getting over a relationship won't happen through a 'quick fix'. But you also don't have to stay in pain for years (or even a year). 

You feel what you feel, and if you keep on pushing it away, or try to ignore it, you cannot heal. This is why sitting with your emotions is so helpful. You let them express, feel them fully, and then observe how they naturally subside. 

After you have done that a couple of times, it is again something you will start to look forward (like the yoga and the good food :-) ). There is nothing more empowering than being fully present with the pain you feel, and realise that it isn't as bad as you thought. 

 

In fact, it is kind of exhilarating. Because you experience that you are stronger than the worst possible thing that can happen to you!

 

But don't take my word for it, try it for yourself.
