All is connected.

When your internal life feels chaotic, when you are in pain, overwhelmed, sad or depressed, it is often easier to begin the healing process through sorting out your outside world. 

While this might at first not make much sense to you - how could sorting your clutter help you to get better internally? - if you go a bit deeper into it it will become much clearer.

Everything emits a frequency. If you are surrounded by many unloved, un-cherished things, the vibration in your place will be dense and depressing. And that in turn strongly affects how you feel.
