Welcome to the Belief Changing Process!

Four Steps to a powerful new reality!

Step 1


To be able to change your limiting beliefs, you have to first find out which ones you have.

A simple way to do so is to ask yourself: In which area of my life am I not getting what I want?

As an example, let’s say that you don’t have enough money, and this is what currently bugs you the most.

Sit down with a pen and paper, take a deep breath, and start to write out every belief you hold around money. No censoring allowed, just let flow whatever is coming out. 


What I believe about money:

It’s difficult to get

I have to work hard to get it

It doesn’t grow on trees

It’s difficult to earn good money in my line of work

I will always struggle with money

Having money makes people selfish

And so on


Write until the flow stops, and then keep going for a bit longer, squeezing out even more beliefs you are holding. 


Great! You've finished Step 1.

Step 2


Now take a look at the beliefs you wrote down. Which ones affect you the most, in a negative way?

Choose 2 or 3 that hold the most charge.

To give you an example, let's say you decided on these two main negative beliefs:


Money is difficult to get

I will always struggle with money. 


Starting with the first belief, we will examine it further. How has it impacted your life in the past, how is it impacting your life in the present, and how will it impact your life in the future? We also look at what this belief does to the people you love.


The Belief:

Money is difficult to get



I worked really hard almost every day and didn’t have time to do things with my kids, they were disappointed and felt neglected.

I was often stressed and worried about finances, this made me lash out at my partner. He felt abused and unloved because of it.

And so on

Feel the hurt this belief caused you and your loved ones in the past.



I don’t allow myself to do things I would really love to do, because I believe I won’t have the money for it. This denies both myself and my family the ease, pleasure and bonding of new experiences.

I feel heavy and burdened nearly every day. Also, I am in fight mode often. This puts up walls around me, I distance myself from my loved ones and keep them at arms length. They don’t feel like I really love them.

I get angry at my child when she asks for something and I fear that we cannot afford it. This makes her feel like her wishes are bad and wrong. 

Again, feel the hurt the belief causes.



I am still struggling with money. We still can't do the things we would like to do. By now, my kids don't even ask anymore if they can have something out of the ordinary. 

My family will never know the ease and freedom of financial wellbeing. They will keep themselves small and restricted too, and pass the struggle on to their own kids.

Feel the hurt this belief will cause in the future.

Then do the same with the other belief you have identified.

Step 3


Now that you've clearly seen what your limiting beliefs are doing to your life, are you ready to let them go?



Then we need new beliefs that can take the place of the ones you want to release. Otherwise you create a vacuum that will very quickly fill up again through the path of least resistance, aka through doing what you have always done.

In this case, it means going back to your old beliefs. 

So, let's find you new ones!


If you have difficulties with this, you can start by turning your old belief around:


Money is difficult to get

Money is easy to get


Then tweak it until it makes you feel sparkly and light:


For example

Money loves me and flows to me daily.


I earn lots of money easily and joyfully.


Then do the same thing with the other beliefs you’ve identified as most limiting.


To finish Step 3, write the old beliefs and the new beliefs on a separate sheet of paper.

Step 4


Let's go on an adventure...

The audio below is a guided meditation that takes you on a powerful belief-changing journey!

You will need one of the beliefs you want to change, and the new belief you want to change it into. You’ll also need about 15 minutes of uninterrupted time.

 And in case you prefer to go on this journey without being guided, here is the transcript of the process for you to download.


Now that you've done the journey, write down which old belief you released, what your new belief is, and what you saw.

You can also add a physical reminder of your new belief. For example, I have three dots on one of my fingers, reminding me of the three main beliefs I have changed:

You can repeat this journey whenever you have uncovered another potent limiting belief.

Here are some areas in which we often hold limiting beliefs.

Go through each one and write down all the beliefs you hold. Decide which ones impact you the most, create new ones, and then go back to your holy place to change your beliefs.

My relationship


My Work

My health

Don’t want to invest that much time? Then go through this list of negative beliefs and see if you have any:

If it hasn’t happened yet, it never will.

I can’t trust myself.

I don’t know what I want.

I cannot earn a living doing something I love.

I should have worked this out by now.

I do not deserve success and happiness.

Feeling bad motivates me to change things.

If I do not give people what they want, I will end up all alone.

It’s too late to pursue my dreams.

I will be judged if I am my real self.

I will never find true love.

Making lots of money is hard.

People can’t be trusted.

I am powerless.

I can’t change.

I don’t deserve to be happy.

I don’t have what it takes. 

I’ll always be broke.

It’s better to give than to receive.

I am not self-confident.

Love never lasts anyway.

Life is hard.

And, my personal favorite:

There is something wrong with me.
